NARPI

Retirement benefits, re-imagined for Latin America.

Inspired by the 401(k), Narpi helps companies offer long-term investing benefits to their employees.

The goal

Narpi is a forward-thinking financial product inspired by the 401(k) retirement plan model, reimagined for Latin America. The goal was to create a simple, accessible, and trustworthy long-term savings solution for a region where structured retirement systems are often limited or inefficient.

From the outset, the project required not just a product, but a full ecosystem: brand, strategy, digital experience, and a scalable platform capable of growing with its users.

Our role

We led the project end-to-end, building Narpi from the ground up:

  • / Product strategy and positioning

  • / Brand identity and visual system

  • / UX/UI design across all user flows

  • / Information architecture and onboarding experience

  • / Website design and development

  • / Content strategy

  • / Design system creation for scalability

This holistic approach ensured consistency across every touchpoint and allowed us to align business goals with user needs seamlessly.

The challenge

Designing Narpi meant addressing multiple layers of complexity:

  • / Low financial literacy across target users, requiring extreme clarity and simplicity

  • / Lack of trust in financial institutions in the region

  • / Abstract value proposition (long-term savings is inherently intangible)

  • / Need for differentiation in a crowded and often opaque fintech landscape

  • / Balancing credibility and approachability in both brand and UX

The core challenge was to transform a traditionally complex and distant concept into something users could understand, trust, and engage with from day one.

The solution

We designed a multi-platform ecosystem tailored to the different actors within the Narpi system, ensuring each one had a clear, efficient, and purpose-driven experience. The solution was structured around three core portals:

  • / Employee Portal — a user-friendly interface focused on clarity and engagement, allowing individuals to easily understand, track, and manage their long-term savings.

  • / Employer Portal — a dedicated space for companies to manage the benefit, onboard employees, and monitor participation.

  • / Admin Portal — a robust internal tool for managing and operating the entire system, with full control over users, plans, and data.

Across all three platforms, we maintained a consistent design system while adapting each experience to its specific user needs — creating a cohesive yet flexible product ecosystem.
